Please note that Vietnam visa processing results can only be completed while the Vietnam Immigration system and related government offices are operating during official working hours (GMT+7 Vietnam Time):

• Morning session: 08:00 AM – 11:30 AM

• Afternoon session: 01:30 PM – 06:00 PM

Outside of these hours, including late nights, early mornings, or government closing periods, visa results may not be issued until the system reopens.

For this reason, travelers are strongly advised to carefully review their flight departure time and choose an appropriate urgent visa service based on their situation.
